When you contact us through our contact form, job application form or by email, we may collect the information you voluntarily submit:
- Inquiries: name, company, phone number, email address, inquiry intent and message content;
- Job applications: name, mobile number, email address, position applied for, preferred city, years of experience, self-introduction and the CV file you upload.
We may also record access logs (pages visited, referrer, browser information) for security and traffic statistics. These statistics do not collect personally identifiable information.
2. Recruitment and CV data
- The CV and contact details you submit through the online application form are used solely for recruitment evaluation and communication (for example, arranging interviews). They are not used for marketing and are never sold or provided to unrelated third parties.
- CV files are stored in an access-controlled server directory that is not publicly available. Only authorised recruitment staff can view or download them after signing in, and access is recorded in an audit log.
- Retention: for as long as necessary for recruitment purposes. To withdraw or delete a submitted CV, email hr@shenggongai.cn and we will remove the record and file after verifying your identity.
3. How we use it
- Respond to your inquiries and provide product or solution materials
- Arrange for sales or technical support to contact you
- Evaluate applications, arrange interviews and communicate offers
- Analyse traffic to improve content and experience
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Storage and protection
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, including access control, encrypted storage of critical configuration, and encrypted transmission (HTTPS). Information is retained only as long as necessary.
